We pride ourselves in being one of the most cost effective Property Management services in Tucson, Green Valley and surroundings. Unlike other companies, there are absolutely no other fees than the ones below. No markup on contracted services, no UPFRONT COSTS, NOTHING.
$500 for finding the tenant due after tenant signs a 12 months lease.
Our commissions are variable, depending on the the location, condition and age of the properties to manage, usually between 4% and 10%.
